What We Offer

NASOA Services

NASOA is a volunteer-run non-profit dedicated to supporting the professional standards and community of sled operators across North America.

Sled Operator Certification

NASOA provides certification for sled operators who meet the association's standards for safe and professional equipment operation. Certified operators are listed in the official NASOA directory.

To inquire about certification, contact the NASOA board directly. See the Contact page for board member information.

New member initiation fees apply. Class 1–4 sleds: $500 • Class 5–8 sleds: $1,000 (split over two years). View full fee schedule →

Recertification

Existing NASOA-certified operators may renew and update their certification to remain active in the directory and maintain their standing within the association.

Annual inspection fees start at $500 (postmarked by Feb 1) and increase through May 1 — after which membership is subject to revocation. See the full fee schedule →

Directory Listing

Certified NASOA members are listed in the official online directory, organized by state and province. Each listing includes contact information so event organizers can easily find and book operators.
